Shopping for a first home was easy with Jose. I had been shopping around for rates and assistance, Jose helped me with the whole process and kept me updated almost daily. We had to cancel on one house due to the seller not disclosing some things, but we went back in and got a better deal on another home! This may vary, but in my case, i paid less than expected in closing costs!
